You've got it all wrong Nate. If I have a bunkhouse I can sleep on the table when my wife kicks me out of the bed. No more sleeping under the trailer for me lol
That's right! If we can bring out the worst in him on here....imagine what we could do in person. I have to say though, I don't think we could top him asking his mother in law to have a threesome
Did this actually happen?? Would have liked to have read that story.
Genn, don't ya know it! Well hopefully now I can just buy all the tools I'll need, and the parts and materials to build what I want. Or just save up the money to buy it outright.
I'll never have to worry when I go back to college. The Army will pay for that, I have the GI bill for what doesn't, and a 529 with a good chunk left in it that I didn't use when I went there the first time. Just looking to the future now!
Thanks Nate! Now a real cause for celebration would be if I could get my engine together in time for RRE! But as it's looking right now, I'll probably be attending next years.
Well gents. Feast your eyes.
Ain't she a beauty? No more debt, all loans paid off!
Congrats John! It's a good feeling. I got my note at the bank paid off last fall for the first time since 1974. LOL One of the pitfalls of a business where you buy at retail and sell at wholesale like we do in the farm/ranching business.

Tom, I definitely understand that. 7 Years of school loans was enough for me. Paid off 4 years ahead of schedule. Why not reverse that, buy wholesale and sell slightly under retail? We don't have a commercial farm or ranch, just what we needed to sustain, and at least one field of hay for the horses.

It'll get there Nick! Believe me, I've been broke every month of this deployment paying off loans. I've been neglecting those school loans for years. I had always planned on going back to school, but never did. I worked minimum wage for a long time, and that didn't help either. Cost of living was too high.

Congrats, John! I wish I could know that feeling. We've got 20k in school loans to pay off. I'm hoping that I can sell 2 feeder calves and take my tax return to get the truck paid off. As much as I love that thing, sometimes I think it was mistake to buy it on credit.
