My kit isn't due to arrive until this coming Friday, but I may have misunderstood what I was ordering. From the description of the kit, I thought I was getting something to do all of the checks and tests on both systems, once each. So, two complete tests in one kit. If it comes with enough for a test of both systems again at 26,000, that would be great! I'll report back after I receive my kit Friday.
After reading about these tests for the last year, it seems as though most are testing from the degas bottles, so that was where I had planned to test as well.

Nope I was wrong.Im an idiot as I just edited my last reply. Its only for one complete test on each system.Sorry for confusion.
If you have a 6.7 with Orange ELC, and you know for a fact that you have not added anything since new or last coolant change and if you did add only distilled water or the correct orange coolant, is there anyway for the nitrate level to increase? If no, why would one test for nitrate levels? Also, if FORD recommends adding coolant revitalizer no more than two times between changes, why don't they recommend simply adding revitalizer at 35K & 70K with the change at 105K? It is my understanding that if one does a fair amount of towing then the anti-corrosion properties will degrade hence, just add revitalizer at specified mileage. I didn't do a lot of research on this until I finally accumulated 45K. Previously the dealer simply reset the Check Coolant Additive light. This time, I decided to check things myself, I bought a Spectrometer, coolant it still at -34 in both systems. I did check nitrates with test strips but then wondered why as the coolant itself doesn't have nitrates and I have not added anything to either system since new, so why would any nitrates be in the system??? I did not check for anti-corrosion properties as didn't order those particular test strips, although I will in the future. In my case I just added revitalizer, and will check anti-corrosion properties at next coolant light.
