So I have to be at work in 2 hours and I just got done taking my exhaust pipes off for the glasspack I just got. Anyways the pipe coming off my truck and the glasspack are both 2.5 inches but don't seem to slip on to each other. I have no experience with exhaust and need to get it on fast. What do I do. Their is an auto zone a quarter mile a way as well.
There both 2.5 so one needs to be smaller or bigger... u can go buy an exhaust pipe expander and try that... I never had any luck with those though.. if that don't work u could also cut straight down in 2 places on the glasspack and pull them apart with plyers and then slip it over ur exhaust pipe and clamp it shut.. ud need to weld it later though so there's no leaks.. this is what I did with my exhaust
I got it welded at shop around the corner.
Is their any way i can make it louder. Its a straight through glasspack and its not loud like i had hoped.
Buy headers... get duals.. seriously about the headers and duals.. I have headers and dual glasspacks and the dump out right behind the cab and you can here that truck from like 2 miles away if my foots on it some

Should of been more specific, any ways without spending a bunch of money. haha
