I got curious and looked up the scientific equation on how to measure slope
(rise / run) x 100
Whats the chances? My driveway is a 12.5% grade lol. That would explain why everyone pulling a trailer gets stuck at the top of the hill lol
I figured 12% would be the four wheeler trails out back. Close. 45% grade lol

I am wondering why the 8 didn't get put into this list. The drive out of San Diego or coming into San Diego from El Centro is enough to put any truck on its face. I've driven the Grapevine many times (with a Duramax) pulling 4 horses and I had no problems...but the summit coming out of SD across the 8 going east.....yikes!!!

There was a grade in Baumholder Germany, we all called it ballbuster 3000, but it was Chicago gate road. almost 2 miles to the bottom, and it was one heck of a gnarly hill!
Even the loop we would run(BB 1 and 2 for short) on post was incredibly steep!
