POWER STEERING PROBLEM

Every time when i start my Navigator (2004) and i will turn the steering wheel, it is very hard to do that. After some meters driving, circa 3-4 meters, everything seems to be normal. What can it be, i´m clueless

Is the serpentine belt worn where it might be slipping until it warms up a bit?

It happen also at warm engine. If everything is okay and I stop the motor and restart, it's the same. First hard steering and after some meters everything is normal
