If you go to the bilstein site (online catalog) and look under "find your part" you will see a "select year" tab. Once you select the year of the truck it will open other tabs that you select and then it gives you a list of the shocks that fit.

Yeah, Iv done that, but there are still a billion options and it isn't clear which one is the best fit.
I had the yellow ones, 4600 series I think, pn BE5-2818 F and BE5-2819 R. Got a great price on Amazon, $186.42 delivered. Nice smooth ride for about 10k, then rapidly degraded. Maybe they were chinese knock-offs, I dunno. Bottom line is I can't recommend them. Have adjustable Ranchos now, much improved ride but too early to know durability.
Edit: I see you are on mobile FTE and cannot see my sig. Mine is a 2002 F350 7.3 CCSB 4X4, should be same as yours.
I just pulled my yellow 4600 Bilsteins after 50k miles and 6 years of service. They are toast and have been for a while.
I replaced them with the KYB monomax. Got a set of 4 and a steering stabilizer for $240 on Amazon. My truck rides great now. Not sure how long they will last. Time will tell.
