LED taillights

I ordered some LED taillights from Mid-fifty to cause I love how much my LEDs are on my Motorcycle. And I am hoping these will be brighter on truck. But after ordering I was thinking that I had to add a load equalizer on my when I installed the LEDs on my motorcycle so I was wondering if anyone has added these to their truck and if a load equalizer is needed.

Here is some info on the LED flasher we sell to see if you need it or not, that is usually the only additional things we sell with them if needed

Use when tail lights and front turn signals are changed to LED or if using only tail lights as turn signals and they are LED. If turn signals are regular bulbs a standard flasher should work, if all 4 are LED or if not using front turn signals you need an LED flasher.
This is info from the manufacturer of the LED flasher

I installed LED lights on the rear of my 54 and they work fine with the regular flasher. I attempted to install the LED flasher and the turn signals would not work period. Try installing the tail lights before purchasing a LED flasher just might save you some cash.

I installed a LED 6 volt, positive ground on my single left rear tail light......it has nothing to do with the turn signals.......combination running light, brake light, it gave me the brighter light I was looking for

I have filament bulbs for park lights/TS and LEDs for taillights/TS with a regular 6 volt flasher.

Everything works fine.

I have rear LED tail/brake lights and regular filament flasher/parking lights on the front (all 12v). Nothing special required. They wired in like filament bulbs.

Check with your local parts house they typically have electronic flasher cans that do not rely on resistance to cause flash
