does anyone have the mesurements for the door light switch brackets. I'm going to use different switches that are stronger.

 

1-1/4" across.

3-1/4" high.

3/4" offset from the mounting points to where the switch mounts to the bracket.

Length of flats where the screws attach, 1/2".

Thickness of original bracket, 1/16".

Switch hole diameter, 11/16".

 

Thank you so much. I'm using a different type of switch. The way it works is an no/nc setup.. This way whit the door shut the timed under-dash lights will come on for a selected amount of time and the dome light will come on when the doors are open.
