If you let it continue, and it eventually drops a valve and you need an engine rebuild that is another thing entirely, and I'm sure dependent on if you are still within the powertrain warranty or not etc.

That TSB is only for the 2011 the 2013 and not the 2015 that has different valves but others like myself with a 2015 have the problem with it starting around 4000 miles on the truck.

Also many people that have had the valves replaced on a 2011 to 2013 only had the problem to come back in another several 1000 miles.
