White smoke even when warm
Ok so recently my 96 psd decided it wanted to start puttin out white smoke even after the motor warmed up. I have replaced o-rings and valve cover gaskets before not too long prior to this incident. Is it true that if you dont use the ford motorcraft o-rings any of the others will just junk out within not even a thousand miles? Just wondering what the hell is going on with it. It actually runs great only time you can feel a miss is if I'm sittin in the driveway in park and rev it to around 1500 or a little shy of that. Thanks in advance.

Are you saying you just replaced injector o rings with no ford/alliant ones? If so then it sounds like you found the problem. The rev test like you did is one way to see if the injector o rings are bad. Also check your fuel filter and see if it is black. If the o rings are bad you will start getting oil in your fuel.
