Well, guys, I am hitting the top of my learning curve since I have no idea what is going on and where to start with this issue. Short story really long....I have noticed since coming back from our Texas trip that Ruby very slightly bucked under WOT. When we replaced the alternator, it seemed to go away and I thought that maybe it had been related to lack of voltage for the injectors. (don't laugh) Well, yesterday we took a day trip up to the hills and it was very noticeable. I would ask it to get on it and it would have a lack of power, stumble and miss, and then when it would catch it was like "HOLD ON!!" because the power would really come up. I have done the rev test and it is perfect. I have a spare CPS I have not tried yet. I turned the TS chip back to stock and it seemed to not really make it any different. Now, if I don't ask it to push really hard, it's fine. No missing or stumbling occurs. It only does it when I really try to get on it. So, the list I have checked at this point:
Rev test (good to 3k RPM)
UCVH seem to be good (no melted wires, etc)
Voltage is good
Fuel filters pretty new since E-fuel conversion
No leaks anywhere that I can see
CPS from IH is only a year old, but I do have a spare from the Ford house
FP is good at idle, right at 65 PSI
Injectors are at 100k miles form what I was told, but who knows
MPG last tank was 17.2, so I'm not losing fuel
Any input on where else to look would be appreciated. I am still doing some searching to see what else to start picking apart. Thanks dudes!
Bet the fuel pressure is dropping when getting on it hard. Fuel filters might need replacing even though they are somewhat new. Inexpensive fix if that is the issue.
Is there a glossary somewhere for all these acronyms?
I would really like to know what you are talking about since I have the same problems with my truck.
Look to see if you have oil in the ICP plug?
Checked to make sure the tin nut is on the IPR?
Tin nut is good and tight. I am going to pull the ICP plug in the morning. I have just been slammed today. thanks for the input!

I am hoping Nate. I'll check it in the morning. Got dark on me out here in the west.

Thanks Darin. Gonna do it in the morning....before I start it, right?

Ha Aaron...already spending my money for me! My HPOP seems to be good as far as PSI. It stays solid through pulling even when it stumbles. I am able to monitor through the Edge! Dumba$$ me did not even know that until Travis pointed it out and set the perimeter for me. My ICP PSI is at 2400-2500 at WOT and the IPR duty cycle is at 34%. Travis said those were good number for my mostly stock setup. It only varies about 50 psi no matter what is going on whether pulling hard or just normal acceleration.

Thanks Jim! I kinda wondered. I have put about 10k miles on it since the conversion. 3700 of those miles are from my recent trip to Texas and back. I drained the water before my trip and it didn't seem to have any, but wow the dirt! I am going to replace those tomorrow along with a leaky hose clamp.

I would bet hpop though.
I'll do this too. Do I unplug it along with the ICP or just do one at a time during test runs? Make sense? I am hoping not HPOP just yet. If it is though, I am not sure if I'll go with a T500 or an SD upgrade. I'll need to either way with new injectors that are planned for the early Spring.
Ya'll, thanks for your help! I'll get a report back in the morning when I go through it all.
Sorry for the delayed response. Its been one of those days where you lose your job, yell at your District manager, as well as your GM. Yes, in that order. I have a few things lined up though thank the Lord. I just hope it doesn't put a damper on truck plans!
Byron, unplug the icp then start it and drive it, see what happens. Same with the map, just do them seperately. Both times will cel, but see how it runs.
Kind of sounds to me like an injector not happy with the high ICP called for on a hard throttle run.
Unplugging the ICP sensor will default to around 725 psi and if that makes an effect on your issue (I'm sure it'll be a turd to drive) it could be either the sensor or the issue I described.
One way to help is to make or borrow a cut-out box for the injectors and when it starts to stumble shut the injectors one at a time till you find one not making a difference. Replace that injector and retest.
We can usually see these issues on the flow bench, but not always. It seems the injectors that have oil psi issues loose around 2200 psi or higher and simply studder and not flow at high rpm, high oil psi.
