Got the truck back today. Everything I asked them to look at and or fix was completed according to the rep and the paperwork. They test drove it for a bit over 10 miles to verify that it was good to go. I drove it home, only about a 1/2 mile so was unable to make my own assessment, but will get it out this evening and test the tar out of it.
In the end they reduced the price enough that I refuse to complain.

I'm curious about two things here. First, the power drop off. My 2012 F-150 Ecoboost has been having serious power drop off lately. Can't hold 60 mph on flat roads without a down shift. And it is very sluggish accelerating from a full stop. Turn off the truck and restart and it runs fine for a few minutes then it comes back.
Second, the slip bump problem. When driving at very low speeds in first gear, like in a parking lot or my driveway, if I let off on the throttle then reapply throttle, it sometimes has a heavy jerk, like in the transmission, drive shaft, or differential. A little hard to duplicate, but it's a serious thump.
Intercooler condensate buildup....
Have you done the 1/16" weep hole in the intercooler??
