totally unsafe and I would steer clear of something like that.
Notice the rear of the SUV and how light it is. I can just see that dancing down the road and fish tailing.

Video stops before it leaves the parking lot.
JMO, I think this is a setup for a youtube post.
If someone seen it going down the roadways, I would think that with all the camera phones out there, it'd be on the internet somewhere.

I don't think we need to worry about the bumper getting ripped.
I would worry more that the driver was ripped already.
He forgot where he parked the truck and thought that he would
just use his good buddies rig. All the time forgetting that he sold
the truck that night in a poker match for Beer and some markers
that he was using for betting after the rent money ran out on him.
Speaking of running out on him. The wife left with the truck.
