I've owned or still own smaller trucks (Ranger, Explorer, Aerostar) but I've been looking at full-size Broncos as a possibility for the next addition to the fleet. I have yet to see any with rear seat headrests. Did the Bronco ever come with headrests in the rear seats? If not, can you fairly easily swap in a seat that has them? Anybody have pictures of such a swap?
Between me and my better half, we've been rear-ended 6 times so we're thinking headrests are up there at the top of the list for safety items.
Thanks for the reply. No one else has replied that they have rear headrests, so I guess the photos I've seen are telling me that all Broncos didn't have headrests from the factory.
I was able to put captains chairs in the Aerostar second row (those were an option) and that was enough to please the wife sufficiently to retain it. It doesn't sound like a similar solution is available for the Bronco. Bummer.
