Does anyone know of an aftermarket suplier that sells rear seats for an '81 Bronco? Or will seats from explore or expidition or even like a crew cab fit? Thanks in advance.....West

 

Not sure about an aftermarket source, but only a Bronco seat will fit without modification.

 

Do you need a new one, or are you just asking? Have you checked the local scrap yards? They can hold some great deals.

Any '80-96 Bronco back seat will work, but '92-96 seats are set up for shoulder belts instead of lap only. I'm not sure about '78-79 seats.

 

I have an extra back seat for a '78 / '79 Bronco I'd sell for a fair price. It has the original seatbelts attached. Color is dark red and it is in fair condition, but if I had a good Bronco, I would have it redone.

What part of AL? If you're near Memphis, there are several nice ones here. What color?

 

I live about 50 miles south of birmingham. the interior is brown right now. memphis isnt too far from here. only a few hours.

 

I HAVE A BROWN AND TAN VINYL ONE FROM MY 78 THAT I AM GETTING RID OF. AS SOON AS I FIND A REPLACEMENT I WILL LET YOU HAVE IT FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING. IT IS IN GOOD SHAPE JUST THE WRONG COLOR NOW.

 

Are the bolt patterns for the floor the same? I was going to get an old seat from an 1990 and it seemed too wide unless I missed something. I have an 86.

 

they just get a pin and a clip on both sides of the front and the back has a latch in the middle. they are all basically the same except for the seatbelts. but saw this set up recently.
