All my Google search results are in vain...only solid bench seat covers found.
Anyone have a source for seat covers for the 50/50 split bench seat for a 76 F250 Super Cab?
Thanks
Bob
Yes Bill, that's the seat...split BACK, solid bottom.
Before I put new seat covers on, is there some way to remove the stupid ArmorAll that the previous owner put on the vinyl. I can't keep my azz still sitting on the slick ArmorAll seats. Sure don't want to put new covers on a slick surface.
Thanks,
Bob

When new upholstery is installed, the old upholstery is usually removed.
But, if you're planning to just install seat covers over the original seat covers, if you use cloth batting, you won't have to mess with the slick armor-all seat.
If the issue with your current vinyl is that it has that awful Armor-all on it, first try simple things like vinegar and water, then 409, Simple Green or even a window cleaner. Stay away from thinner or acetone, pretty harsh.
