They were probably originally level, or at least designed to be so. After years of twisting and uneven loads they are all going to "sag" a little different. My right support is down about 1/8", and the left is closer to 1/4".
My cab has new rocker panels, floor pans, and front cab supports. The measurement from the bottom of the dash to the cab supports is off by about 1/8" as well.
Personally, I'm not concerned with it until my cab is finished in a couple of weeks. My plan is to level the frame then check the cab when it's installed. If i need to add a thin shim, or more, to bring the cab to level then I'll deal with it then.
I am with you on that. Where do you measure the level of the cab? Dash?
I have already determined the bottom of my dash is parallel to the seam between the cowl and firewall. I should be able to measure either place and be good to go.
