ICP or HPOP?

In June I replaced the High pressure Oil Pump in my truck. Well, as I was driving to work the truck shut down. I looked at my scan gauge II and the ICP was 300 and the IPR was at 84.7. I know that both are reading wrong, but when the HPOP went out in June, I lost power first then the truck died. This time the truck just died without warning. My question is, is it the HPOP again or the ICP? Thanks for any info.

unplug the ICP and try restarting the truck. It will allow the truck to start using the default setting. That may confirm if it's the ICP sensor or not.

Why do you assume they are wrong? Wrong or not those are the readings the pcm will see and use.
As far as the PCM is concerned that is what you have.

Do you change the oil cooler when you did the HPOP?
