2011 Edge Sync Issue

2011 Edge Sync Issue
My wife's Edge started having issues with the Sync screen. For no reason she will start the Edge and the main screen will not come up, no radio, no nav, no back-up camera... nothing. Sometimes it comes back on its own but most times I have to disconnect the battery terminals and wait 20 minutes or more and then reconnect. The problem will go away. Then again in a week or a month and for no reason, it comes back. Has anyone else had this issue. We have had it to the dealer and they have not been able to find anything and told us to only bring it in when the problem is occurring.
