Edge- Insight...EOT ????

Edge- Insight...EOT ????
Just got the "edge-insight" a couple days ago and I love it.. question is i dont see EOT on it. Did I misunderstand and think this was monitored, or is there something I have to do, (download) etc. I really havent taking the time to read far into the instructions yet,, been working me kinda hard,, thanks.

Same here contacted EDGE great customer support worked with Bill at ext. 127 asked for my serial# from unit. Set me up with a new firmware update and all is well now. had to input my VIN manually now but its awsome now. Gained like 8-10 PIDS
