They're side ring/lock ring, so are okay. But what's with the low profile 20" tires that belong on Dubs, not Budd's. Stu

That was my thought exactly. Even if you weld the rings on how could they seal properly Can't imagine he's got tubes in I there

They have to have tubes. If lock rings welded, then you can't stretch bead over the edge with no drop center.
