had the batteries tested today and they are good. then noticed that a wire from the alternator that connects to the passenger side battery was frayed a bit. too it apart and found that half the wire that was in the battery clamp was corroded away. cut the bad part and stripped the insulation back and hooked it back up. when i started it the FICM Logic Power came up to 13 volts. i didn't run it long so i'm sure it will come up a little more once i've run it enough to charge the batteries all the way. I will check the FICM Main Power in the morning when i have a true cold start. will also check the VGT then as well

With that going on I would put a charger on it
for the night and top the batteries off.

IPR - 14.8 with key on not running 31.2 with engine running at cold start
FIP - 11 with key on not running 12.5 with engine running at cold start.

still thinking i have a bad battery. gonna have napa test it. the guy at work told me today that his tester would not put much of a loadd on it so the batteries may still be back.

Need FICM MAIN power KOEO, crank and cold idle.

FICM main should be 45+ volts at all times, no exceptions

No wasn't trying to be cute or trying to correct you. I was saying that's what the reading was.
