New here and was just wondering if anyone has done any badass interior mods to their OBS f150s? I'm considering putting in super duty seats, New cluster, when and if I can find one..
And also, was wondering if it's possible to put I a new truck/suv entertainment system some how.. my friend has an 04 Silverado and put in this screen that comes stock on new Silverados. Always wanted to try that, if it's possible..
of something you can do to modernize these old trucks a bit. I have a stereo unit like this one (different brand, same features), it's made my truck so much more enjoyable to be in. DVD playback, bluetooth / hands free calling, backup camera, all the shiny goodies that new trucks have you can have too
I cut my dash open where the stock stereo was to fit a 6.1" Kenwood touchscreen in there, along with a badass sound system. That was the coolest mod I've done. I also had everything out and painted black, so it's totally one of a kind! I'm putting the old bench seat back in had two buckets but prefer the bench. You can go a long ways with a little creativity! I can't figure out how to post damn pictures or I would show ya!
You wouldn't happen to know the brand..?
Also would it work on my dash? I'm just tired of having an ask red cab.. I plan on painting the carpet, headboard and then swap out the bench for buckets..Trying to do a gray/white interior
Couldn't tell ya man go to your automotive store and buy the best brand that makes vinyl paint. I painted all my panels around the inside of the cab, the dash, and even the floor because it has no carpet. It has held up way better than I expected. The worst place is where I rest my arm out the window haha. I can text ya a pic if ya want to see what it looks like in the next couple days. My number is 1 250 919 3867 text me.
