Bumper removal

Can someone share a link or quickly describe the best way to remove the front and rear bumper??

Never done the rear but the front is held on with the 4 bolts on the tow hooks and a couple on either side for the braces. A floor jack comes in real handy if you are doing this by yourself.

I've done the rear bumper by myself. I can't remember the bolt size or count, but I remember looking at it and going "Oh... I need a xx millimeter socket".

I would also advise taping some rags/towels on the corners of the bumpers or on the paint around the edges. The bumper will want to swing up when you remove it. Both are easy to do by your self. They are pretty light.
