Removing rear bumper

I would like to remove the rear bumper from my '73 F-100 for painting. What is the best way to go about doing this? What bolts,etc. need to be removed?

its easier to cut the bolts of with a sidegrinder,and replace them,and you should be able to see the bolt heads or if their carage bolts on the outside of the bumper.

im with richard, just grind those things off with an angle grinder and buy new ones, your probably just gonna break them off anyway, theyre probably frozen.
