Hi. When I push the lever down on the steering column going into the ignition nothing happens except for the heater working and battery gauge working. I've replaced the switch. It doesn't make a sound to turn over either. Or does it try to. It's on a 1985 ford bronco 4.9

dumb questions but did you check your fuses?
