c6 problems
i have a c6 out of a 1970 f-250 the internal linkage was messed up the shift rod inside was to far forward and would not move. so i took the extension housing off and the valve body off and the governor tubes off i got the linkage working but i can't get the tubes in all the way and if they don't go in all the way the extension hosing won't go on. is there a way to get those tubes in all the way or should i buy new ones and where would i buy them?

they may have been bent a tiny bit that whole park assembly was disassembled i got most back together except the governor tubes i will see if i can persuade them gently then find a new gasket fir the extension housing.
