You don't need a kit to do this. Just go to your local junkyard or find an F-150 with disc brakes that's being parted out and take everything related to the front brakes. Get the rotors, spindles, calipers, master cylinder, booster, proportioning valve, etc. The most you might need is new brake pads and maybe get the rotors turned if they need it.
Ahh, I see. Well in that case, look for a 70's Lincoln that had rear disc brakes and take them off. I believe that they had the 9" rear on them. Or you could just take the whole rear axle.
I'm not exactly sure of what you'll need, but mustange70 did this conversion to his truck using the brakes from a 78 Lincoln. He has pics in his gallery and he might be able to help you more than I can.
No problem, that's why we're here. I was going to do the same thing to my 83 F-150 a few years ago, but I sold it before I could do it. I knew what I needed then, but that was 6 years ago.

Problem with this is finding replacement calipers and such. They are either discontinued or really expensive. TSM is one company that sells a kit. There are several others.
Actually the lincolns calipers can be interchanged with the early eightie's truck caliper, only thing is you loose your e-brake capabilities, but who actually has a working set on these trucks . I noticed this when i was disassambled the lincoln axle i got and i tried swapping them and they were a direct fit, and also you use the front rotors from a 4wd truck on the rear as well, just need to machine the wheel flange down like a 1/4 at most for clearence. Other than that its an entirely bolt on afair, including the lincoln MC and p-valve. Oh i have yet to instal the parts, as my other truck kinda took pirority this winter.
