Talking power programmer

How does a power programmer work? My friends and I would like to go in and buy one. Would I be able to buy one and use it on all three different ford trucks?

Ufortunately, no you can't use them. When you first connect the tuner to the truck, it downloads the stock PCM codes. Once it downloads those, they are permanently stored on the unit, making that unit match that truck only. I will say it is definitely worth buying one for yourself though. I just bought the Diablo Predator and man is that thing cool. The 85 HP setting is a little rough, the engine sounds like it's hittin really really hard, but it'll definitely throw you back in your seat. I usually stay on 60 and it's definitely a huge improvement over stock. You will also definitely want to get guages and a better exhuast and air intake to keep the temps down.
