I'm thinking about picking up a crane 503901 cam for my 94 f150.

How difficult is the install on these and what supporting mods are required when don't the install? I know a cam change is easy when the engine is out but it looks like I'll have to at minimum pull the radiator to do it in the truck.

If I do go through with the install, what should I expect from the truck? It's sitting on 33s with 3.55 gears and it's a 5 speed. I don't tow often and I'm just wondering what I'll feel as far as seat of the pants.

I guess I should also consider the rv cam but I don't know much about it.
