Plz help with cam

I have a 1987 F-150 EFI 302 Speed Density and im looking for an aftermarket cam but it is difficult since these truck are hyd. flat tappet. I need at least a .450 lift cam to make it hit kinda hard. It would be very helpful if you guys could help me find a cam.

conanski, i was wondering IYO what would be the best cam for a 90 f250 4x4 5-speed 3.55g, that i tow with. i dont want to change the gears but i want more low end, i dont drive fast but i want lots of grunt. alredy have headers and free flow exhaust. when i do the cam ill probably do the intake and maybe a mild port to the heads.

What motor? If it's the 351 I suggest the Crane 444232 and don't change the intake just port the lower to match the heads.
