There is a place that makes them. I bought them in 2006. I can't recall the name and cannot get to my files right now. Do a search in the 48-56 forum. Back then it was 48-60 and that is where the archive would be. I will try to find it but it will be this weekend.
Fix the rust at the front cabs mounts, the mount itself looks good but where it goes to the outside its soft, otherwise its not too rusty. Im planning on leaving the body like it is, I like the patina look, plus its cheap and Im poor. Ive got a 390,4 bbl, manual trans,NP 435,205 transfer case,9 in rear, Dana 44 front, everything but the motor is out of a 78 ford f 150. Im going to use it as my summer hauler (towing 4 wheelers the car trailer, mud trucks, and camper) plus some car shows.

That 78 drivetrain should do well for you. You'll probably need to remove the original cross member and add a beefy one for your new trany/transfer case.
What are you running in that 59? it looks really nice.
I added a 1996 EFI 4.6 DOHC and 4r70w transmission, relocated fuel tank, added toyota P/S but the rest of the truck is pretty much original-ish.
