Doesn't make a damn bit of difference if the MODEL codes are F260/F261/F262. All are F250 4WD's. The differences between these three MODEL codes are their specific GVWR's.

You can purchase this 1964/72 truck C/D from hipo, it's around 22 bucks.

Or, you can whiz over to fordification and read it for free, it's the same hipo C/D version.

Are you referring to this?
FORD TRUCK PART NUMBER INDEX - FORDification.com

It looks like they strip out everything older than 1967, which sort of makes sense since they are '67-'72 on Fordification.

It would be impossible to strip 1964/66 parts from this 1964/72 catalog when you consider how all the parts are illustrated/listed.

Two sample pages from this catalog. The loose leaf paper catalog that the C/D was scanned from...has 4,941 pages of text & 1,650 pages of illustrations.

Two examples from this catalog...

The thought would be to click on the link and take a look see for yourself. If that isn't the info on Fordification that you were referring to then maybe a link to what you did intend. Or, if that is the info you meant then see if you see 1966 and older models listed. They do say things like this

Items listed here specifically pertain to '67-'72 Ford F100/350 trucks, but may have other applications (other Ford car/van/truck models) that are not included.

OK, maybe not stripping out older years, but not including them if they have no relevance to 1967 or newer might be a better way to say.

It doesn't seem like as much info as the 1964-1972 MPC has.

FTE members have posted pics from fordification's C/D version, which has FORDIFICATION printed on each page on the diagonal.

They probably did this to make people think that it's their exclusive catalog. Uh huh, yeah right...

"You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time." - Abraham Lincoln

Personally, I've never looked at this catalog on fordifications site, because...why would I need to?

btw: How many members of FTE had this catalog when I joined 11/4/2006? ONE = Squire Don.

Of course you don't. Silly you. Take a quick look. I think they removed the images and went to a hard listing that someone typed in. An example is the Coupling Shaft C5TZ-4817-P for 65-66 F250 4x4. I'd think the info would be on this page.

Ford Truck Part Numbers - Coupling Shaft - F250 (2WD & 4WD) & F350 - FORDification.com

But, it's not listing any of the stuff older than 1967.

Maybe they changed something. Just sayin'....

The way they have it now does make it possible to search on numbers, where images don't allow searching. Might be part of the reason.
