I have an 04 ranger with 31x10.5x15 mud tires on and the front tires are wearing excessively on the inside edges any help?

Probably bad front end alignment caused by worn ball joints and tie rods. If you have over 50,000 miles, they're candidates for replacement. And do yourself a favor by replacing them all at once. You'll need an alignment afterwards.

Saw the exact same thing with our '04 and found the tie rods were badly worn, hard to believe they were so lose as the steering seemed tight from the drivers seat.
