03 Excursion Throttle Position Sensor Issues?

Any chance you have a tuner on your rig? I was having a similar problem of no pedal response ex specially whenever it was raining or my truck was just washed. I ended up replacing the whole assembly and still had the problem. Ended up being that my dp tuner wasn't plugged in all the way and would cause the accelerator to not read. My issue sounds a bit different but I thought I would just throw my experience out there!
