Anybody know of a good place to by a TV cable or is it a dealer only item.

Are you totally stock? I think Lokar sells a aftermarket one if you are rigging it up yourself.

Looks like no one makes a stock type one anymore.

I am going to call Lokar in the morning and see if I can get one of there kits to work.
