Hi, I have a 95 F250 7.3 turbo diesel and I changed the exhaust to 4 inch MBRP turbo back and ever since I did that the truck hasn't had any power at all and threw a turbo charger code and the truck will not go over 60MPH. I'm guessing its a fuel problem but it doesn't explain why after I did the exhaust it happened, please help.
Does the truck run and idle smoothly? It sounds to me like something happened to the EBPV system and it is keeping the valve closed all the time. Try unplugging the 2 wire connector right under the turbo intake. If that fixes it, just leave it unplugged and you'll be good to go for the next 200k, lol.

WHS
If all you did was replace the exhaust, then the EBPV is likely the issue. Take the downpipe off to see if it is bound closed.
The fuel filter light is on also, when I drive it flickers this is why I thought its a fuel problem because it doesn't go over 60 mph it acts like its struggling to get fuel

I will try that and the fuel filter light Is on, that's why I was thinking there is a fuel problem I don't know what else to try lol
Check the fuel pressure then too. There is a fitting on the side of the fuel bowl that you can use a standard tire pressure gauge on to check the pressure. You're looking for about 65 PSI at idle. If you're way below that and the mechanical pump is failing that will definitely make it run poorly.
