Yahiko,
Thank You very much for the diagrams. I also heard that the P0606 could be an intermittent connection of the EOT Sensor. I just got home from work, and i am gonna go out and work on this problem now. Ill let everyone know what happens regarding the EOT sensor. Then on to testing the PCM

OK so no luck. All i found was that one of the EOT sensor wires was bare, and there was engine oil in the connection. The wire didnt look like it was burnt or anything. Repaired the wire and cleaned out the oil. Went ahead and cleared the DTC's and tested the for two powers and one ground at the pcm. Still getting DTC P0606. One more question ... Would the truck run with a "bad" PCM? I didnt think it would. It runs and drives fine, like any other truck, minus the MIL light ... stumped at this point.

Yep, It will run. I would take some time with good
light and very carefully go over all the harness to
look for any chaffing or more bare wires like you
already found. Check under the air-filter. There is
a spot under there that can get a bit squeezed. The
as you looking check the ground points to make sure
that they are clean and the crimps are tight.
Wiring problem diagnosis can be a major PITA to find.
Let me know if you need any more diagrams. I have
the DVD for 03~04 & 06~07.
As much as I hate to send someone into the dealer.
This is one of the times where it might be a good idea.
They can run some diagnostics and also re-flash the PCM.
If you do end up getting a replacement PCM you will
want to take it and the truck in and have them reprogram
the new one to match your truck's options and milage.

EDIT : Where In Colorado Are You ? We might be able to have some one scan it.
