From what I've read the bucking jumping is a trait of a bad TPS at times, tho I'm not an expert in the field.. I forget if Superchips manipulates the TPS but you could call them real quick and ask a tech..

If you've had that many CPSs in this truck while trying to overcome this issue I'd say we can probably rule that out as a possible cause.
Is the Superchip you have an old school chip that goes on the PCM or is it a "programmer" that plugs into the OBD port? If it is a chip on the PCM, remove it altogether and see what happens. If it is a "programmer" I have a sinking feeling that you're going to be in the market for a PCM to solve this issue.
The other thing you can check is to pull the IDM out and give it the shake test, listening for water inside.

^^2x on the CPS wires.
The TPS or IVS could cause bucking but there is nothing there that will cause the truck to die. If the TPS sensor reads out of range or the IVS reads closed when it shoul dbe open, you get a CEL and the engine just idles.
I think you'll find that the TPS won't change much. I don't blame you for having the PCM reflashed as that's a pretty decent idea in my opinion. I'd pull the IDM and check it for water too while you're at it.
