When it shuts off do you notice if the CEL is on? I know you said there is no codes, so I think it's electrical, something loose, a connection or a wire rub through, just wanted to know if the ecu is getting power when she dies, hence the CEL after she dies, you replaced enough parts it's time to correct this stubborn powerstroke. So thats were we need to look grounds, power fuse box, does she shut off like a light and then restart right away? Does it leave you hanging? Let me know and we will continue on

The cel does not come on at all,it cuts off like a light and will start right back up,every now and then I can pump the fuel pedal and it will take back off

Define "cuts off". Dies completely (the engine stops) or just drops to an idle (and won't respond to the throttle pedal)? I'm thinking your use of the word idle in the first post means that it just quits responding to the throttle, which is almost always an issue with either the TPS or IVS (usually the IVS). Should be a pretty easy fix if that's the case.

Welcome to the site, by the way!

The icp has a new harness on it,new ends on the uvcw harness,IRP has a new harness end on it,have checked the harness from the cam sensor all the way to the main harness and looks good,I bought the truck 8trs ago and never had any trouble until a year ago when the cam sensor went out,and has been doing this since

So when it dies the engine stops completely? Is this truck an auto or a manual transmission?

And when it dies the engine quits completely? As in zero RPM?

So about a year ago, the CPS failed (presumably leaving you stranded), you replaced the CPS with a new one from Ford, and that got the truck running again, but ever since then it does this occasionally? Does that sound about right?

And since this issue started, you have replaced the IPR and put a new pigtail on the ICP, correct?

I've replaced CPSs in succession before maybe a couple months apart and that's using motorcraft dark grey ones. I'm sure others have too.. Do you have a chip in the truck? If so make sure the contacts are good. Just my .02$
