PATS on a Mazda?

Did the B Series come with the PATS (Passive Anti-Theft System) chip in the keys?
Did the keys come with a "Mazda" logo on them?
Were the systems exactly identical to the Ford system?

The Excursion is my only Ford vehicle. All my other vehicles are Mazdas (Wife's MPV Minivan, My RX-7)

I think it'd be cool to cut a Mazda key to fit my Excursion.

What years came with the PAT's depends on the years and motor. Give away are the size of the keys and blinking led on dash when not running. None of the 2005 Rangers had PAT's for some odd reason.
