It's the correct fuel pump and inside the metal canister is a corrugated paper cartridge fuel filter (C4AZ-9365-B / Motorcraft FL-1A ).

Ford changed the part number several times, why there are slight variations in the pumps.
One type has a nipple made onto the pump that the fuel line clamps to, another has a threaded hole where the fuel line threads into.
C3AZ-9350-Y (replaced C3AZ-9350-T & C3AZ-9350-V & C5TZ-9350-A) .. Fuel Pump & Filter Assy.
1965/69 F100/350 240/300 / 1965/69 F500/600 & C550/600 & N/NT500/600 & P350/500 240/300 except with air brakes.

There's only one ( C3AZ-9350-Y ) as Ford replaced three (at least) other part numbers with it.
It's working so why worry about it? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
FoMoCo is infamous for replacing/updating 10's of 1000's of part numbers

Both pumps are tall as they both have the canister. The only difference I can see is how the fuel line attaches.
C3AZ-9350-Y .. Fuel Pump & Filter Assy / Obsolete
MCDONALD OBSOLETE PARTS CO. in Rockport IN has 1 = 812-359-4965.
NOS PARTS SOURCE in Olathe KS has 1 = 913-220-5746.
WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS in Liberty KY has 2 = 606-787-5293.
GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 152 = 800-543-4959.
You'll have to call and ask which type this is.
