Will 1993 3/4 ton 4x4 factory steel wheels fit 1977 3/4 ton 4x4 as far as bolt pattern & hub center hole?

yes, the bolt pattern is the same.

Up to 1998 F-250/350's (not 1999+ Super Duties), and up to 2013 Econolines (vans).

Rich is right on the year/models vans stayed the same 8x6.5 pattern

If I'm not mistaken, late model GM and dodge trucks used this pattern as well. (Not sure if they changed in the last couple years)

^ dodge was 8x6.5 until 2002

In that case it was GM that used it up to 2012

IIRC, that some of the GM wheels might have a smaller hub opening than the Ford or Dodge wheels which could be a problem for a 4wd F-250/79 F-350 with a Dana 44HD or 60 axle hub.

Not just those, most Fords are actually hub centered despite having tapered seat lug nuts. I know GM wheels wouldn't fit over the hubs on my rear D60.
