I just bought a spare sensor I saw some people were only paying like 42 bucks for them, I paid 78 and that was with a military discount. Is that the going rate now or what.

If you've already bought it, I guess it is too late, but mine came from Autonation White Bear Lake Ford for about $40 to my doorstep just a few weeks ago.

yeah, about 40 bucks from autonation (tousely ford) including shipping. If you can return it I would.
