No, mine are factory and those you link to look just like factory at a considerable savings, If I had my way, my max tow would not have come with the big mirrors, big PITA at the credit union I go to, always have to pull them in to get in the lane.

That's a good price for a pair. If you buy them let us know how they work out, I'm bookmarking the link

I have the towing mirrors on my Excursion for 10+ years and I've only really needed to fold my mirrors in a few times, so I think I'm pretty safe.

Now the power telescoping and folding mirrors would be sweet, but....

I've noticed that when searching, but not having the feature until I bought this truck hasn't bothered me a whole lot, and the superior view of the towing mirrors is worth it to me.

Thats a small price tto pay for having great mirrors for towing and also the awesome sized convex mirrors for blind spots!! (not to mention power telescoping!!) I love mine and don't mind folding mine in on occasion.

I have those very mirrors on my 2011 XLT. Truck had basic power mirrors from factory (no signals, puddles or heat). Bonus is that all these options now work with these mirrors. NOTE: my truck has the heated rear window, which (from what I've read) is the reason the mirror heat works!

P.S. I also love these mirrors - as Valium said, the convex area is awesome - no more blind spots! In conjunction with the rearview camera, reverse is a complete cakewalk!

@azleTXgraves

If you bought tow mirrors with more functions (puddle lights, signals, power adjust) they will just plug in and work. The other one that may not work is heat. If your truck has the defrost button it should work. If not you'd need to get a new climate control unit with defrost, then it will work.

All my research tells me that if you don't have the feature before the switch, you won't have it afterward. The only exception is the self-dimming feature which doesn't exist on the towing mirrors at all.

I did investigate adding the folding folding feature, but decided it wasn't worth the extra 300 - 400 dollars for the mirrors. I've lived without power folding mirrors on my Excursion for 10 years.

If you are putting 09-14 mirrors on a 09-14 truck all features will work regardless of what your truck has stock. (The wire harnesses are all the same). Except heat (see my explanation above, you need the defrost button). Power fold is a different story. If your vehicle doesn't have that stock you will need to add the switches and wire it in.

I know this is true because I just upgraded to tow mirrors myself, and did a lot of research. All functions from my tow mirrors (came from a lariat, heated, power adjust, signals, puddle lights) worked on my XLT. There are many topics to back this up.
