Early 99 7.3 Power Stroke Engine

Engine: Part suitable for diesel truck
Engine is complete and will come with turbo, injectors and all accessories still bolted to it (turbo has aftermarket wastegate actuator). The engine ran when removed, but has an apparent oil consumption issue and a bad oil pan (the two issues may have been related?). The cause of the oil consumption was never investigated, as the rest of the truck was deemed unsalvageable and was parted out.
The engine has approximately 177,000 miles on it.
I'm looking for $400, but it is negotiable. The engine is usable as is, but I suspect it will need a freshening up. I also have the IDM and ECU which can be thrown in for an extra $75 each. The ECU appears to have had a chip installed on it at some point.
Engine is located in northern Rhode Island (About 3.5 Hrs from NYC) and is local pickup only.
