Bigger exhaust housing & wheel. The van has no room for an IC, so they made the turbo larger to make up for it (only on the exhaust size). The compressor side is stock. I'm running one with with larger injectors. You'll want tunes if you do put the van turbo on -- on a stock trucks it SSSSUUUUUUUUCKS.......... LOL

And since you have a 99, are these both late 99s or earlies or what??

Depends on the state of it being early or late. But if you want to swap late for late or early for early, just move everything over to yours, but you'll need your intake path & air cleaner since the e-series has no IC, and the air cleaner is in a totally different place.

If one is early and one is late 99, that's a different ball game...

The oil cooler ends are different.
The fuel lines from the filter housing to the corners of the heads are different, but they will work on either engine.
The driver's side exhaust manifold is different too.

No -- actually that is the better of the situations. You'll get the updated stuff, like larger injectors, 17* HPOP, turbo, manifolds, etc, etc, etc...

EDIT: You'll need a late spider though -- the van doesn't have that.
