Do you have the 6.0L trans cooler yet? That would be a better investment than a deeper pan, all that will do it hold more hot fluid, once it's up to temp it's up to temp no matter how much extra capacity it has. The pan itself will not actually cool the fluid no matter how many cool little circles or shapes it has stamped into it, only the plate cooler up front does.

If you want to keep your 4R100 running cool, invest in more cooling capacity. A deeper pan won't make it run cooler.
Installing the factory 5R110W 6.0L PSD cooler on the 4R100 for more cooling is a popular modification.
EDIT: But I see some Disgruntled Texan beat me to it.

Plan to run the 6.0 cooler that is next on the list with the guage, but saw this pan has cooling tubes in the bottom of the pan to help with cooling......

I would not run that pan on the street. All those cooling pipes will do is allow the pan to rust out quicker than normal.
Unfortunately Summit does not make a pan for these transmissions. I run one on the 727 in my wagoneer and it was really nice and USA made.
This one looks pretty nice if you really want to change your pan out.

Besides lightening your wallet by $200, what would that pan do for you? Don't tell me it will cool your trans, because it will NOT.

Not sure if it would do anything but add extra fluid, but with the tubes I thought it might help with the cooling some......and rust is not a big problem here in Texas......
