I've had this issue a few times. I changed the oil using a multi-weight oil....wanting that 10W component....easy flowing. An oil additive wouldn't hurt. Then just give it time to see if it loosens up on its own.
I believe oneowner83 meant something like 10W/30, not straight 10W, myutesux.
Don't know if it is available in Australia, but Marvel Mystery Oil is well thought of for helping to clean sticking lifters.
Sometimes, people drain 1 quart of oil and add a quart of automatic transmission fluid [ATF], which, by design, has a good detergent package. They then drive a few hundred miles [kilometers] and drain for a complete oil and filter change.
I put a store bought lifter an injecter fluid in will see what happen's how long should I 'll leave it in a say a week should do it I driver to work everyday but not far only 5min's away well take it for a good drive on the weekend an dump next week and add 10w 30 and see if that does anything cheers for the help
