Need some advice on my low beams.about a month or two ago,I replaced heater core in my 01 expo.now, since then we really haven't driven in dark untill a week or so ago,and there are no low beams.the high beams work.I checked for power to pig tail and nothing,I have power on highs.I also lost the fog lamps.parking lights and highs only work.all fuses are good.I guess I'm asking is could there be a plug in the dash that I may have not hooked up?,although I took my time putting dash back together, and I didn't see any unplugged connections while looking around under wheel.or something else that I'm not aware of.thanks all for your advice.
The most likely common point between those 3 systems (lows, fog, parking lights) is the headlight switch. I'd start there and make sure first that the connector is all the way in, then start checking for power outputs to those 3 circuits.
Also, when you checked the lights, did you turn on the headlight switch, or did you just pull on the high/low switch lever and see them turn on as long as you were holding the lever?

Yes I had the switch on,****ed lever to highs and they come on.flick it to low beam and nothing.when I low beam position, there is no power to the pig tail at headlight, but there's power when on high beams.I've looked at wiring diagrams in manual and tried to check for power and omes at the correct pins.I think I'm doing it wrong or not seeing something.if I recall correctly, position 20,21 on the inside fuse block is for fog lamps and low beams.fuses are intact, but no power at fuses.now I did replace the heater core a month or so back, unplugged the 3bulkhead connections on fire wall.when I was putting back together connecters went on fairly smooth....but I'm hoping that nothing got put in a bind.as far as I can tell all other electrical systems are working as they should.
Under the dash fuses:
Fuse # Description
26: 10A Right Side Low Beam Headlamp
27: 5A Foglamp Relay and Foglamp Indicator
28: 10A Left Side Low Beam Headlamp
Under the hood fuses:
3: 30A Headlamps/Autolamps/Foglamps
6: 15A Parklamps/Autolamps, Feeds Passenger Compartment Fuse 18
Ill go check out those fuses now.truck does have drl,but there is a seperate setting for them.I mean when truck is started, drl don't come on untill I switch them on.
The fog lamps and the low beams route through the DRL relay. All of your problems except for the parking lights can be explained if connector C2003 wasn't connected. See the attached PDF for the connector configuration and location. As to the parking lights, it could be a second unrelated issue.
Oh ****,I'm hoping I can get to that plug threw just removing top of passengers dash board, and not taking it all apart.I'm not sure if this will help but, parking lights and blinkers work.every thing electrical works, except low beams and fog lights, and drls.ill dig around for that plug hoping I forgot to plug in so I don't have to chase wires.

Like I said, all of those (and only those) circuits go through that C2003 connector. So I'm quite confident the issue is either with that connector or you might have knocked the DRL relay loose.
Yup,Mr idiot here.at 6am this morning,I checked that plug and and sure as **** I didn't plug it up.for a min there I was going nuts, because I took my time at putting dash back together.I just want to give a big thanks to all who helped me out.
